Pleasure Vessel Operators Certificate

Pleasure Vessel Operator's License
In order to drive any boat with an engine over 4.9hp in Hong Kong you need a HK Pleasure Vessel Operators Certificate of Competency Grade 2. Although Hebe doesn’t currently offer the course we can point you in the direction of where to go to obtain it. There are currently two ways of obtaining this qualification. The first is via the HK Marine department and the other is via the Hong Kong Sailing Federation. The HKSF offer courses and provide their own exam at the end of the course.
